I Prayed For You by Jean Fischer Illustrated by Frank Endersby

     I Prayed For You by Jean Fischer is such a cute book. It is about a mama bear who as her cub grows up she prays for him. It has small prayers for milestones in her cubs life such as walking and going to school. She also prays when she is mad or sees her cub get hurt. I really enjoyed this book from the beginning to the end. I loved how the mama tells her baby cub how she prayed for him before he was even born. One of my favorite little prayers is "God, give this silly bear dances and wiggles, the happiest fun, and bundles of giggles!". 

     Not only is the story cute but the illustrations by Frank Endersby are adorable. I just want to jump in the pages and cuddle the mama and her cub. The pictures are very soft and kid friendly. 

    This book is for elementary ages and under. I received a free copy from the booklook bloggers program to write my honest review. I chose this book for my two year old and I know he will love it.
